The hirer must continue to pay the Hire period charges in respect of equipment during reinstatement or repair.
8. Liabilities: When equipment is supplied without Sound Crew (Dry Hire), it is supplied on the understanding that it can be competently installed and operated by the Hirer. No liability will be accepted by the Company for any damage to persons or property whilst the Equipment is on Hire to the Hirer.
9. Competent Personnel: When equipment is supplied without Sound/Lighting Crew (Dry Hire) and it requires specialist technical knowledge or qualification for the safe and effective installation and/or operation, the Hirer will be required to undertake that competent personnel are employed.
